Lead auditor · controls & licensing
Former internal audit lead at a licensed payment institution. Favours settlement walkthroughs over slide decks and writes findings boards can grade without translation.
About
Secure Routing Net exists to give Taiwan fintech operators an independent reading of their controls — written for boards, usable with supervisors, and grounded in how settlement actually closes.
Many fintech teams keep their product and operations in Taipei while their evidence rooms and partner-bank relationships stretch across the island. We chose Changhua as a base so fieldwork travel stays practical for mid-sized operators outside the capital corridor, without turning every engagement into a fly-in theatre.
The practice started after years of reviewing payment-institution control packs where policies looked complete and reconciliations still left unnamed breaks. We kept the craft narrow: audits for fintech, not general consultancy catalogues.

Safeguarding specialist
Traces customer floats through partner banks and suspense ledgers. Known for insisting every aged break has a named owner before a register is closed.
Engagement manager
Schedules fieldwork around supervisor calendars and keeps evidence rooms calm. Clients meet her first when scoping a brief from Changhua.
We agree control objectives before sampling begins. Interviewees receive agendas. Draft findings are workshopped so management comments land in the final pack, not in a surprise appendix.
We do not sell remediation programmes. If a finding needs fixing, we describe the evidence that would close it and leave ownership with your team.
